Neptune Cigars MCP Connector — Documentation

Read-only MCP connector for the Neptune Cigars premium cigar catalog and the Cigar Scanner knowledge base (55,000+ community reviewers).

Setup

Endpoint: https://mcp.neptunecigar.com/mcp (streamable HTTP). No authentication or account is required. In Claude: Settings → Connectors → Add connector, or install from the Connectors Directory.

Tools

• Search Cigars — find cigar lines by taste profile (strength, origin, wrapper), box price, and community rating.
• Get Cigar Line Details — full profile for one line: strength, wrapper/ binder/filler, rating breakdown incl. draw/burn/aroma/taste, description.
• Search Products In Stock — live buyable items (single / 5-pack / box) with current price, availability, and a direct product link.
• Check State Shipping Rules — per-US-state guidance on premium cigar delivery (age/ID rules, tax notes). Informational, not legal advice.
• Find Similar Cigars — "if you like X, try Y" suggestions.
